Payment, Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Payment Method

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and all major debit cards. For higher-value treatments, payment plans can be arranged to spread costs across the treatment duration, subject to agreement at the time of booking. For 0% finance, contact your clinic manager.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, automated reminders are sent prior to every appointment. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice, or non-attendance, will result in the loss of deposit. We understand that genuine emergencies may occur; however, missed or late-cancelled appointments reduce availability for other patients and disrupt clinic scheduling.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required for all treatment bookings – 10% of the next appointment value or a minimum of £20. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or the patient fails to attend, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits ensure appointments are reserved fairly and clinic time is used efficiently for patients who are ready to proceed with treatment.

Staff Responsibility

It is the responsibility of all staff members and dentists to ensure this policy is explained clearly and consistently to every patient. Deposits must be taken and recorded in accordance with this policy at the time of booking. This approach protects both the patient’s appointment time and the clinic’s operational efficiency. Ensuring deposits are taken fairly and uniformly helps maintain mutual respect, professionalism, and smooth scheduling for all involved.
